These decadent layered bars are to die for! First is a streusel cookie layer. Then, a creamy caramel layer made from our original soft caramels. Next chocolate chips and chopped pecans are sprinkled on. Finally, more streusel is sprinkled on top and it is baked until it is golden brown. Amazing on their own- but even better warmed up with vanilla ice cream and caramel or fudge sauce drizzled on top.
