Our Chocolate Covered Caramels begin as our Original Soft Vanilla Caramels. They are then dipped by hand into Luscious Chocolate- either milk or dark- that has been tempered to perfection. To create an esthetic impact, I add luster dust and purple salt to the tops of some of the caramels. I also leave some plain, and others I wrap in purple foil. Although they look different, the caramels will taste the same- with the exception of the salted caramels.
The chocolates are placed in candy cups and nestled in iridescent crinkle cut shredded paper. They are elegantly presented in a black window box and finished with my signature purple ribbon and holographic tag.
The 5.75 x 5.75 x 2" two-piece gift box can be reused for many purposes once the caramels are gone.
