Q: Where are your products made?

A: We are located in Hiram, GA. Our commercial kitchen is fully licensed and regulated by the Georgia Department of Agriculture. You can rest assured that all of our products are made in a clean and safe environment.

Q: How should I store my candy?

A: Peanut Brittle: Our peanut brittle doesn't contain any preservatives, but will stay fresh for a long time (several months) when stored properly. It needs to be stored in a cool, dry place with the bag kept sealed when not eating. Moisture in the air will cause it to become sticky and soft instead of crunchy.

Caramels: Our caramels do not contain any preservatives and will keep at room temperature for about 2 weeks. However, I recommend storing them in the fridge (to extend shelf life) and letting them come to room temperature before eating for best results.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: All orders are made from scratch in small batches AFTER your order is placed. It generally takes 3-5 business days to produce, depending on my workload and the time of year. Shipping time depends on the option you choose at checkout.

Q: What is your return/refund policy?

A: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Refunds will only be issued if there is an error on our part (ie: Wrong item is sent or item is missing from order).

Q: What if I need my order by a specific date?

A: I will do my very best to accommodate your time frame. Please contact me before you place your order so I can make sure I have enough time available in my schedule to complete your order in time.

Q: What if I need a large quantity?

A: If you need more than the available amount showing for a certain item, please contact me.
